Guest Service Agent

As a Guest Service Agent at Accor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. You will be responsible for greeting, checking-in, and responding to guest requests, while promoting our hotel facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues
  • Promote hotel facilities and services, finding opportunities to enhance the guest's stay
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
  • Handle guest requests effectively and promptly
  • Cash handling, including currency exchange and balancing a float
  • Monitor rooms' inventory to assist in maximizing rooms' revenue
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with previous front desk experience
  • Post-secondary education in Hotel Management an asset
  • Computer literacy with Opera experience an asset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
