Position Overview

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist at SPICE7 INDIAN CUISINE LTD., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your responsibilities will ensure that our culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashing equipment to effectively clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen items including mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Setting: Deliver clean dishes and utensils to serving areas and assist in setting tables for service.
  • Manual Washing: Hand wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items as needed.
  • Storage Management: Properly store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas.
  • Pot and Pan Care: Scour and maintain pots and pans to ensure they are ready for use.
