Portfolio Liaison, Strategic Initiatives Manager
Doctors of BC is seeking a motivated Portfolio Liaison to lead and execute key portfolios that advance health system priorities. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive healthcare system advancements
- Collaborate with key partners to advance health system priorities and objectives
- Ensure progress and milestones are met across portfolios, promoting a culture of accountability and results-driven outcomes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and trust
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business management
- Experience in the healthcare system, with a strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convey key messages
- Experience with budget management and financial planning, with a strong understanding of resource allocation and optimization
