Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to establish work priorities, delegate tasks, and oversee office procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate our office procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English language.
  • Job Type: Permanent position.
