Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Java Engineer to oversee the formation of technical teams and manage the comprehensive technical operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement technology advancement strategies and system architecture plans aligned with business growth.
2. Oversee the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to delivery, ensuring the design of technical solutions, development processes, and quality assurance are executed effectively.
3. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and provide risk mitigation strategies and solutions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Java or other leading blockchain development languages, with a preference for candidates experienced in IT architecture design.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the blockchain sector, particularly with centralized exchange (CEX) perpetual contract operations.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, P2P networks, distributed storage, and mainstream consensus mechanisms/protocols.
- Familiarity with technologies such as IPFS, Filecoin, Ethereum, OpenChain, Bitcoin, and Hyperledger, along with their operational principles.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, distributed computing, secure protocols, encryption techniques, and cloud computing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trading systems and experience in developing blockchain trading systems, with a preference for candidates familiar with underlying source code.
