About the Role

Kongsberg Gruppen is a leading technology company providing innovative solutions for the marine industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software and hardware applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify and document software defects.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of automated testing frameworks.
  • Document test results and create detailed reports on software quality.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related program.
  • Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, real-time systems, and agile processes.
