- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer elevated self-care services and client experiences to our customers.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our luxury skincare product lines, including their ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and scientific advancements to deliver accurate and relevant advice to customers.
- Conduct thorough skincare consultations, such as assessing skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors, to understand customers' unique needs, concerns, and goals, and provide tailored skincare recommendations.
- Offer product samples to customers, showcasing their effectiveness and benefits.
- 1+ years of experience in Retail Sales, Client Service, and Beauty Industry.
- High school diploma.
- Passion for the beauty industry and interest in skincare.
- Exceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated and inspired, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Have proven experience as a Skincare Specialist, Beauty Consultant, or similar role in a luxury/beauty retail environment.
- Have extensive knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, techniques, and trends, as well as an understanding of various skin types, conditions, and concerns.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty market, including emerging trends and customer preferences.
- Are a self-care and wellness ambassador.
