We're Growing and Looking for a Dynamic Individual

This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is seeking professional experience, is enthusiastic about the prospect of working at a growing company with a global focus, and who has a keen interest in learning and developing as a Finance professional. We are seeking an assertive, adaptable individual with a proven record of delivering results under pressure, who will thrive as both a team player and as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Regular communication with customers regarding past due balances

• Maintaining accurate account notes

• Monitoring aging reports to ensure timely action on problem accounts

• Performing account reconciliations as needed

• Resolving billing disputes

• Identifying accounts for further action due to non-payment

• Investigating payment discrepancies

• Providing ad-hoc reporting or other collection-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Collections experience

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Effective customer service skills and time management

Additional Assets

• Experience using SAP

• Previous experience working in a multi-currency environment

Location: This position is currently remote but may require the employee to come to the Waterloo office as needed. #LI-Hybrid

Salary Range: $40,000 CAD to $50,000 CAD. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation or same currency.
