About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team at On time truck & Trailer Repair inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Technical Assessment
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Problem Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Client Support
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Work Environment

As a Systems Analyst at On time truck & Trailer Repair inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure. You will be required to work accurately, with attention to detail, and as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong client focus and ability to work under pressure.
    • Judgement and ability to make informed decisions.
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Proactive and able to work independently.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
