We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a SAP Technical Project Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project and sustainment-related activities
  • Conduct bi-weekly technical sustainment/project meetings and follow up with action items
  • Update documentation for existing operational processes with managed services partner support
  • Maintain and update project/sustainment documentation on Sharepoint
  • Collect information from technical teams on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Assist with the monthly review process for the SAP S4 technical services
  • Work and learn under the guidance of Service Delivery Managers within the technical team and assist them in their day-to-day activities
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a 2 to 4 year Computer Science degree or project management program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
