Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical reasoning.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote client-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development and ongoing education.
