About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Save-On-Foods in Campbell River, BC. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans to increase sales and market share.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Completion of the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
