We are seeking a highly skilled Fruit and Vegetable Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Sandy Shore Farms Limited. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our fruit and vegetable processing plant.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks on ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet our company standards.
- Sampling and Testing: Take samples of products at various stages of processing and conduct routine tests for product specifications.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure that all hygiene and sanitation practices conform to our company policies and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control and production activities.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to ensure continuous improvement.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a quality control or assurance role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
