About the Role: Financial Due Diligence Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Due Diligence Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in conducting comprehensive financial analyses for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis of target companies, including reviewing financial statements, identifying key trends, and assessing financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive due diligence reports summarizing findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax, and operations, to ensure a seamless due diligence process.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory developments in financial due diligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • CPA or CFA designation is preferred but not required.
