Manager of Financial Due Diligence at KPMG

KPMG is on the lookout for a skilled leader to enhance our Deal Advisory team in Canada. As the Manager of Financial Due Diligence, you will be instrumental in delivering financial due diligence solutions to our clients involved in mergers and acquisitions. Candidates with a CPA or equivalent qualification, a minimum of 2 years in Transaction Services, and robust accounting expertise are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the coordination of financial due diligence and M&A transaction assistance
  • Analyze historical performance, quality of earnings, and future projections
  • Assess potential synergies and facilitate post-merger integration
  • Guide and develop junior team members
  • Provide outstanding client service
Qualifications:
  • CPA or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Transaction Services
  • Strong accounting background with expertise in financial due diligence and M&A evaluations
  • Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication abilities
