Job Description

Role Overview

RAPS Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced IT Management Consultant Level 1 to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will work closely with our Director of Technology Services to provide management consultant services and assist with various managerial assessments and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-discipline teams in strategic or complex initiatives to improve performance of an organization through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans from conception to final implementation.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders during organizational change and ensure effective working relationships with managers up to and including executive level.
  • Identify and implement organizational and functional design changes to improve business processes and efficiency.
  • Develop and promote service delivery models, including citizen-centric service delivery models, to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change and investment portfolio analysis to inform executive decision-making.
  • Transition planning and management to ensure seamless implementation of new initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least five years' experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body or similar organization.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-discipline teams and managing effective working relationships with managers up to and including executive level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategic objectives and develop business plans.
  • Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps and managing relationships with various stakeholders during organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement organizational and functional design changes to improve business processes and efficiency.
