Job Title: IT Management Consultant Level 1

Job Summary:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking an experienced IT Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-discipline teams in strategic initiatives to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in consensus building with members from across public sector organizations.
  • Create and articulate strategic objectives.
  • Translate objectives into business plans.
  • Develop cross-organizational objectives.
  • Document and formalize agreements into memoranda of understanding or memoranda of agreement.
  • Identify and link service outcomes of one organization or groups of organizations into an integrated service delivery model.
  • Identify and implement organizational and functional design changes.
  • Articulate and develop governance alternatives.
  • Articulate, develop, and promote service delivery models, including citizen-centric service delivery models.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change.
  • Investment portfolio analysis and executive decision consultation.
  • Transition planning.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body. They will have managed effective working relationships with managers up to and including executive level, and/or had individuals performing functions at a management level or senior technical level reporting directly to them. The candidate will also have a strong skill set in leadership, strategic planning, and service delivery.
