Job Title: IT Management Consultant Level 1

Job Summary:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking an experienced IT Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-discipline teams in strategic initiatives to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in consensus building with members from across public sector organizations.
  • Create and articulate strategic objectives.
  • Translate objectives into business plans.
  • Develop cross-organizational objectives.
  • Document and formalize agreements into memoranda of understanding or memoranda of agreement.
  • Identify and link service outcomes of one organization or groups of organizations into an integrated service delivery model.
  • Implement organizational and functional design changes.
  • Articulate and develop governance alternatives.
  • Develop and promote service delivery models, including citizen-centric service delivery models.
  • Facilitate planning for cultural change.
  • Conduct investment portfolio analysis and executive decision consultation.
  • Develop and execute technology roadmaps.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders during organizational change.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working with senior executive management levels within a government body, including Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, Government Chief Information Officers, and Chief Technology Officers. They will also have experience managing effective working relationships with managers up to and including executive level, and/or have individuals performing functions at a management level or senior technical level reporting directly to them.
