Job Summary

The Custodial Services Lead is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. This role may involve oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the cleaning services operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and assign daily work assignments to a custodial team and lead all aspects of completion of tasks
  • Adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, including alignment with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
  • Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment accurately
  • Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
  • Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
  • Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
  • Secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
  • Ensure security of company assets
Requirements
  • Previous custodial experience required
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
  • Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers
  • Adaptable to guest needs
