Position Overview: The Production Manager is responsible for managing all facets of designated restoration projects and production teams. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, revenue enhancement, profit maximization, and the development of management and staff capabilities. As a key management figure, this position drives the team towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer and client interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to potential customer inquiries.
  • Develop project scopes and review estimates.
  • Negotiate project scope and estimates with clients.
  • Schedule crews and allocate resources for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise service delivery with teams and subcontractors.
  • Document and review job files to validate services rendered.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage production-related expenses.
  • Oversee equipment and material management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and risk management guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate mathematical abilities.
  • Preferred experience in cleaning and restoration.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Preferred IICRC certifications.
  • Willingness to travel locally.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Capacity to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals.

Work Schedule and Travel: This is a full-time role with standard hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, totaling 45 hours per week. The position may require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary. Local travel is a requirement of the role.
