Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role at Techo-Bloc's facilities. Responsible for overseeing inventory, machinery, and repairs, this individual focuses on safety, training, and various maintenance tasks. We are seeking a motivated leader with a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a passion for challenging norms while spearheading projects to drive Techo-Bloc's progress and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize mechanical and electrical expertise to manage plant facilities and maintenance projects;
- Supervise maintenance team members and assign tasks efficiently;
- Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to enhance operational efficiency;
- Analyze facility work orders, determine solutions, and communicate plans clearly;
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical breakdowns;
- Ensure availability of spare parts for preventive maintenance tasks;
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment;
- Track inventory and equipment status;
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance team members;
- Collaborate with floor associates and offer technical support;
- Resolve complex issues with innovative solutions;
Requirements:
Your Experience:
- College diploma in industrial mechanics or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years in personnel management in manufacturing;
- Proficient in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation;
- Experience with PLC's and plant automation;
- Team management skills;

- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ERP systems, and Excel;
- Track record of planning and implementing successful programs;

- Knowledge of Microsoft AX is an asset;
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
- Bilingual proficiency (English required).
