Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods. You will be working in a team environment with 3-4 people.
Requirements:- Client focus
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Availability for the advertised start date
- Current legal ability to work in Canada
- Willingness to relocate for this position
- Current residence in proximity to the advertised location
- Previous experience in this field of employment
- Highest level of study completed
