- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Leadership and Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
