Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Summary:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Lead a team of 3-4 staff members.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Availability for shift or on-call work.
- Availability for the advertised start date.

- Offers flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination.
- Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
- Offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload.
- Offers phased re-entry options for mature workers who are returning to work after retiring.
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
