About the RoleAs a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering ski and snowboard gear to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will work closely with our team to manage equipment deliveries, fittings, and reservations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ski and snowboard gear to members and guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Manage equipment deliveries, fittings, and reservations, utilizing technology to track the fulfillment process
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Act as manager on duty when assigned, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding the My Epic Gear membership program
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
- Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing situations
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.49
