Site Supervisor for Residential Construction

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coordinate, and plan the daily work activities of the crew.
  • Assign tasks to suitable crew members to facilitate timely project completion.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of work by confirming that crews adhere to job specifications.
  • Monitor material and resource usage to maintain budget compliance.
  • Establish and uphold work standards and behavioral expectations to promote crew morale and productivity.
  • Identify, address, and resolve any issues or conflicts within the crew.
  • Collaborate with the Specialty Teams Supervisor on all field-related aspects of project budgeting, scheduling, and productivity.
  • Provide hands-on support and direction for all construction and renovation initiatives.

Qualifications for Success

  • At least 5 years of experience in residential wood frame construction, repair, and renovation.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Journeyperson Carpentry certification is a valuable asset.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans.
  • Proven skills in carpentry and building maintenance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
