Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and establish our position as a market leader in the commercial air distribution sector and energy efficiency services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead the charge in capturing and expanding our customer base
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies that align with the company's vision and energy efficiency commitment
  • Regularly analyze market trends, sales data, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasting and budgeting, and report on progress towards sales goals to the President
  • Spearhead a comprehensive educational initiative, delivering technical webinars and workshops for mechanical engineers and architects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, specifically in HVAC or Energy Efficiency
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and leading sales teams to achieve targets
  • Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market and energy efficiency products
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to recruit, train and inspire a sales team
  • Excellent English, with strong oral and written proficiency
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
