Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Technology and Operations Leader to join our team at CREATORIQ CANADA INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our technology and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective delegation of authority and creation of optimal working conditions.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing necessary authority and support for success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth and improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
