The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a key member of the Human Resources Consulting and Program Delivery team at The Ladders. This role supports the delivery of our HR model and business priorities, working closely with the HR Business Partners and the Director, HR Consulting and Program Delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic support to the HR Business Partners in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with the Director, HR Consulting and Program Delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities and goals.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of HR-related projects and initiatives, leveraging business acumen and HR expertise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and HR colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, applying knowledge to drive business results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software applications.
