About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Sphere Recruitment Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of modular housing projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of modular housing projects.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Budgeting and Scheduling: Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost control.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contractual components of projects, including facilitation of change requests and contract agreements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or modular housing. 10 years in a Project Management role.
  • Skills: Proficient user of O365 and the Microsoft Office suite of products. Advanced understanding of CCDC contracts and the detailed conditions relating to construction contracts is preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Project Management Software: Proficient in project management software and tools.
