About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rajveer Banquet Hall. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

Kitchen Management

Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure efficient and safe food handling practices.

Staff Training and Development

Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, to maintain optimal kitchen operations.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

Ensure that kitchen and food service areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.

Buffet and Banquet Services

Organize and execute buffets and banquets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and suppliers.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet the physical demands of kitchen work.
