About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  2. Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards
  3. Manage cash handling, reconciliations, and daily paperwork
  4. Train and develop team members to achieve operational excellence
  5. Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Manage inventory and supplies, and maintain accurate records
  7. Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
  8. Ensure all staff are following health, safety, and security codes

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets
  7. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
