About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Development Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Residential Financing team, you will play a critical role in helping Personal Banking clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement residential financing strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and refer clients to specialized colleagues
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external real estate partners to stay up-to-date on market trends and solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to drive client retention and growth
  • Participate in business development activities and events to expand our client base
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, and maintain knowledge of National Bank mortgage solutions and market changes
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in business development, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or a college diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.
