  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to meet the needs of our organization.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse and storage facilities management, with experience in computer equipment and machinery operation.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, organized, reliable, and a team player.

  • Settlement Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, including housing, transportation, storage, childcare, and winter clothing.
  • Social and Labour Market Integration: Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
  • Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
Support for Youths
  • On-the-Job Training: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
