The successful candidate will have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations. The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

•Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments

•Administrative Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, prepare and submit reports

•Knowledge and Compliance: Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, highway trucking and associated rules and regulations

Requirements:

•Education: College/CEGEP

•Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience

•Skills: Dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, spreadsheet, database, MS Outlook, Internet, human resources software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
