Collaborating closely with the ER/ICU/Visiting Clinic Manager, this role will assist the healthcare team in managing outpatient appointment priorities.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling and booking outpatient and visiting specialist appointments, coordinating clinic schedules, preparing patient charts, managing medical records, data entry, answering phone calls, and ordering necessary supplies.


Compensation:
The hourly wage is set at $28.91.

Qualifications
  • Completion of Grade 12, and
  • A minimum of two years of recent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills and Competencies:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact positively with others.
