Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Office Worker to join our team at Vkam Automation & Security Systems Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compose and review various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications via telephone and electronic means.
  • Assist in compiling reports from both manual and digital records, inventories, and databases.
  • Manage the sorting, processing, and verification of applications and receipts.
  • Oversee the manual and electronic processing of mail.
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages.
  • Execute basic bookkeeping functions.
  • Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
  • Deliver general information and assistance to clients and the public.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Conduct research as needed.
  • Provide high-quality customer service.
  • Organize and file materials in the storage area.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule office tasks and activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of contracts and budgets.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
