QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience

A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or a recognized professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA), complemented by a minimum of seven (7) years of recent relevant experience in a sophisticated, computerized financial environment.

Skills And Abilities
  • Proven competencies in cultural safety and humility.
  • Proficient in capital project budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Familiarity with internal auditing and control processes is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Strong management, analytical, decision-making, and supervisory capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships and communication with all levels of personnel, senior management, external organizations, other Health Authorities, and pertinent government entities.
