About BCI

We are currently looking for a skilled Business Solutions Expert to provide support and expertise in Capital Markets technology solutions. The Technology department at BCI plays a vital role in developing technology solutions that support our business operations. As a Business Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing business and user needs, collaborating with various teams, and providing technical guidance to support projects in the investment management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct business and user analysis for assigned applications and processes
  • Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and technical expectations
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and validate needs
  • Develop key artifacts for application and process enhancements
  • Act as a subject matter expert in capital markets and provide guidance to team members
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of business capability roadmaps

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry
  • Strong technical competency in Bloomberg products and portfolio management platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile methods and DevOps practices is a plus
