About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at FMF Metal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including tracking and completing work orders, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and preparing and submitting reports.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate the traffic flow of supplies, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and follow up on issues with work orders.
  • Work Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, and prepare and submit progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
