We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Canyon Creek Golf Course and Camping. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution: Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet the needs of our customers and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of bakers and pastry chefs to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our baked goods meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
