As the leading provider of Cash Services in North America, GardaWorld Cash presents an exciting career path.

In the role of Scheduling Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager of the branch. This position involves collaborating with the operations team to oversee and coordinate all scheduling functions for unionized personnel in the Mississauga area.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, working closely with our Operations and HR teams to ensure timely completion of all administrative responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to fulfill daily scheduling needs
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry within the scheduling software
  • Ensuring that all vacancies due to absences are filled with qualified replacements
  • Accurately entering data related to employee tardiness, illness, and absence
  • Generating reports on daily hours and overtime
  • Managing employee vacation requests and lieu banks
  • Tracking and scheduling firearm and PAL licenses
  • Overseeing the AMP attendance program for all unionized employees
  • Working with the team to minimize overtime through effective scheduling practices.

Your qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in high-volume scheduling
  • Knowledge of the cash services sector is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Experience in a unionized setting is a plus
