About the Role

Mobilinx is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and managing critical path schedules for our ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams, project coordinators, and project managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, including creating and updating project timelines, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project scheduling and management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar tools.
