About the Role

The Regional Sales Specialist is an individual contributor accountable for achieving their individual revenue goal based on their assigned account list.

This role is responsible for the execution of the inside sales team strategies communicated by the Inside Sales leader.

This role will report to the Inside Sales leader and will collaborate with the Lead Gen, CTMs, and Account Advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify, pursue, and close opportunities for commercial customers from proactive outreach to high-potential accounts.
  • Inbound requests from current commercial customers.
  • SQLs from Inside Lead Gen.
  • Develop a strategy for a list of customers, seeking to revitalize dormant relationships/accounts and uncover accounts with significant upside potential.
  • Monitor customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to district segment.
  • Coordinate with Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers graduating from inside to field coverage.
  • Candidates must be fluent in French and English.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Sales/Marketing) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Experience with call automation tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Groove, etc).
  • Experience with tools leveraged by Lennox team a plus (C4C, Qlik, SAP, FPX, HubSpot, etc).
  • Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time.
