Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings related to various projects and software implementations, taking minutes to keep accurate records of project progress.
- Monitor project progress and create status reports for project teams and stakeholders.
- Compose communications for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain a database of relevant client information.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Conduct configuration requests, including testing and go-live readiness.
Requirements:
- New graduates in Administration, Human Resources, Business, Programming, QA, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply. Relevant work experience is considered in lieu of education.
- Technical aptitude, the ability to understand, learn, and work with new software and technology.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingualism is mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
