QualificationsWe seek individuals who are not only skilled in their profession but also embody our values of accountability, respect, and compassion. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of recent experience in a core laboratory setting.
- Proficient knowledge in Biochemistry, Hematology, and Transfusion Medicine.
- Familiarity with routine automated laboratory equipment.
- Flexibility to provide coverage at multiple sites as needed.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to work independently during off hours.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
- A satisfactory employment and attendance record.
Hours: Monday to Sunday; All shifts, including Days, Evenings, and Nights, with hours subject to change based on operational needs.
Salary: $46.32 per hour.
