Overview:

We are in search of a driven professional who is dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of employees and organizations. As a Bilingual Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to market innovative solutions and services to various organizations throughout Canada. Reporting directly to the National Director, you will be instrumental in creating new sales avenues, leading RFP submissions, and connecting with potential clients to advocate for employee mental health initiatives.

  • Address incoming business inquiries and cultivate new sales leads
  • Oversee RFP submissions and manage presentations for finalists
  • Engage with potential clients to promote mental health solutions
  • Identify and collaborate with channel partners to enhance service offerings
  • Develop and present sales proposals and presentations
  • Achieve ambitious sales goals and negotiate client agreements
  • Work alongside the Client Management team on broader projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, health services, or technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or consulting
  • Familiarity with the employee health and benefits sector
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Experience in crafting client-centered solutions
  • Proficient in CRM software, Project Management tools, MS Office, and G-Suite
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential
