Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Plant Supervisor to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery plant, overseeing the production process, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Production Planning: Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to ensure efficient use of resources and meet work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary materials are available for production.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
