Estimator - Project Cost Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Estimator - Project Cost Specialist to play a key role in delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
  • Utilize computer software systems, including estimating packages, take-off packages, and scheduling packages, to streamline the estimating process.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in estimating, preferably in architecture, commercial and/or industrial construction, and structural engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating packages, take-off packages, and scheduling packages, as well as MS Excel and MS Word.
