About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Lifemark Manning & Amy Croft. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced multidisciplinary work environment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, various stakeholders, and other occupational therapists
  • Support return-to-work programs

Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with Ontario's Provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver's license
